Position Overview:
• Insulet is looking for an experienced DevOps (Development and Operations) professional to join our growing organization.
• In this role you will implement and manage the Development and Deployment infrastructure used by several development teams.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of the organization are keys to being successful in this position.
• This position also requires attention to detail and keen problem-solving abilities.
• The successful individual must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage their time effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Design, Implement and Support build and deployment environments for product development teams
• Implementation and testing of Test Automation tool infrastructure.
• Perform validation of implemented designs.
• Implement and Monitor metrics used to drive improvements in the DevOps tools and environments
• Provide technical guidance and education / training to team members on DevOps tools
• Performs other duties as required
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in successfully developing, implementing and managing DevOps environments
• Experience documenting and testing system environments and workflows.
• Experience in setting up, administering and automating source and binary repositories and version control (e.g.: Svn, Git, Accurev, Rational ClearCase...).
• Experience in setting up, administering, and automating, build and packaging systems for distribution of SW products (e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins, Hudson, CruiseControl…).
• Experience setting up, administering, and automating, software defect and Scrum tracking systems (e.g.: Polarion ALM, JIRA, IBM Jazz, IBM Rational ClearQuest, IBM Change).
• Experience setting up and administering Requirements Management Tools (e.g.: Polarion Requirements, Cockpit, JAMA, IBM DOORS…).
• Experience setting up and administering Static Analysis Tools (e.g.: Klocwork, Coverity…).
• Experience setting up and administering Code Review and other collaboration tools (e.g.: Crucible, Gerrit…).
• Experience in programing and scripting languages (e.g.: C, C++, Python and Perl) to support automation and integration of environments in the continuous integration process.
• Experience integrating automated testing into continuous integration environments.
• Experience deploying, integrating and configuring software ALM tools utilizing cloud services (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
• Experience using Agile development techniques
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
• Medical Device Experience preferred

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,400.00 - $151,287.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
