Position: Senior Executive Export & Warehouse Operations
Location: Chennai
Job Purpose: Nissan Exports – Key in overall Exports operations (End to End), Planning, Customer query resolution for exports, Pricing query, Container vanning with >80% density Rate and simulation preparation, Coordination with Freight forwarders and liners for air and sea shipments and thereby ensure parts available to customer at the right time and give customer satisfaction. Export claim analysis and process improvement.
Renault Exports- Allocation of Renault export allocation based on IC confirmation, Execution plan, Query resolution, Ensure despatches on time.
Responsibilities:
Export Sea and Air shipments execution on time.
By coordinating with related stakeholders (CHA, Customs, warehouse)
Case to case depending on schedule lead time of shipment
With 80% density rate and coordinate Internally freights
Customer query resolution
SPOC for Any query related to Technical, Pricing, ETD, ETA, BO follow-up etc.,

Internal
External
RNAIPL, RIPL, DLPA, ISIT, Tax, Finance, RNTBCI & 3PL
Global team like NML Japan, NMEF, NMT, NMPC, NKSA, NMEX & SAARC etc..
Skills & Knowledge
Export & Import operation Vendor management Rate negotiations Freight management Customer service Microsoft office (Excel, Word & Power point etc..) Management Reports Order processing Overseas customer handling
Education & Qualifications:
Graduate & MBA (Preferable)
Strong Know-how on Incoterms, Import & Export operation, customer service, Order processing & SAP knowledge and Warehousing techniques at automotive aftersales company.
