      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze trends, claim statistics, and provider payments to monitor departmental goals and improve processes
      - Reconcile data flow between processing systems and report discrepancies
      - Generate internal and external reports of claims statistics by fund source, disability, and service category
      - Maintain claims statistics and auditing spreadsheets, effectively analyzing data to improve organizational performance
      - Review claims data for audits to ensure processing accuracy and reporting integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in business, accounting, or financial analysis; OR
      - Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in business, accounting, or financial analysis; OR
      - Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in business, accounting, or financial analysis; OR equivalent combination of education/experience
      - Must have a valid driver’s license
      - Must reside within North Carolina and be able to travel within the catchment area as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in accounting, data analysis, data management, statistics, reporting, and use of databases
