      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the annual standard setting calendar for Innovative Medicine sites
      - Maintain and improve the standard setting and change process for product costing
      - Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to clarify contributions and responsibilities
      - Own the annual standard setting process ensuring timely completion with good data quality
      - Identify process efficiency opportunities and lead continuous improvement activities related to product costing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
      - At least three (3) years of business-related experience, with two (2) years in a supply chain finance environment
      - Strong understanding of SAP ERP and experience in product costing
      - Ability to understand and assess underlying financial business processes
      - Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications
      - Experience in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharmaceutical industry
      - Proven track record of implementing improvements to financial processes
      - Highly organized with excellent time management skills
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to summarize information effectively
