What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple systems including Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive summaries to communicate financial performance and insights
- Maintain accurate capitalization tables and ownership structures for the firm's entities
- Support the preparation and calculation of employee compensation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of progressive finance or financial analysis experience, preferably in professional services or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial systems, specifically Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
