  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Prioritize and manage the GTM automation and experimentation roadmap in alignment with revenue and efficiency goals
  - Develop AI-powered automations, including intelligent lead routing and automated content generation
  - Partner with Growth Marketing to design and execute experiments across sales and marketing workflows
  - Architect and maintain API integrations connecting AI services and GTM systems for workflow automation
  - Analyze and iterate on experiment results to enhance impact and efficiency
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 6+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations at a SaaS company
  - Hands-on experience with AI, automation platforms, and LLMs like OpenAI and Hightouch
  - Proficiency in designing APIs, building webhooks, and querying data in SQL; familiarity with Python or TypeScript is a plus
  - Proven experience leading automation projects and collaborating with systems teams
  - Strong documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills; experience with Jira or Asana
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a hybrid PLG/SLG business
  - Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and GPT development
  - A self-starting, data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and impact measurement
