What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
- Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data
- Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as directed and maintain data accuracy through data quality functions
- Offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience in cost utilization, cost of care trends, and medical expense trending
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced coding skills)
- Experience working with Power BI and Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in advanced data visualization techniques
- Knowledge of healthcare industry metrics and standards
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and modeling
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with business partners
