      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Triage incoming requests for Epic analytic solutions and match existing content to user requests
      - Design and develop new analytics content using Epic Hyperspace and MS SQL Development tools
      - Support end-user training on Epic Cogito Tools and analytic solutions
      - Maintain and enhance systems across the full suite of Epic Cogito tools, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and security protocols
      - Collaborate with Epic support teams, technical teams, end users, and citizen report developers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of relevant experience without a Bachelor's degree
      - Active Epic certification in Cogito Fundamentals, Caboodle Data Model, and Cogito Tools Administration
      - Proven experience in Epic analytics and report development
      - Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI/PII security, and role-based access
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications in Epic Access Data Model, Epic Clinical Data Model, or Epic Revenue Data Model
      - Experience with Epic Community Connect site support
      - Familiarity with SQL development and analytics tools
      - Previous experience in a healthcare analytics environment
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
