What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead field sales operations to deliver seamless program execution and optimize customer satisfaction
- Serve as the expert on operational strategy and business systems for Walmart
- Strategize and execute localized business plans in partnership with Walmart and bottlers
- Manage price/package plans and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Provide insights and feedback to stakeholders, addressing operational challenges effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account or field operations roles within the beverage or CPG industry
- Proven ability to influence and grow relationships with large-scale retail customers
- Strong proficiency in managing price/package architecture and sales-related KPIs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels
