      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead field sales operations with Walmart, coordinating resources to ensure seamless program execution and customer satisfaction
      - Serve as the expert on Walmart's operational strategy, ensuring alignment between the employer and Walmart teams
      - Strategize and execute localized business plans with Walmart’s regional management to drive volume and profit growth
      - Manage pricing and performance plans to align with Walmart’s goals while maximizing competitive positioning
      - Provide insights and resolve operational challenges, acting as the primary contact for day-to-day issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account or field operations roles, ideally within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
      - Proven ability to influence and grow relationships with large-scale customers, especially in retail channels
      - Strong proficiency in managing pricing strategies and understanding sales-related KPIs
      - Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels of stakeholders
