What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve assigned sales objectives for the territory through strategic planning and execution
- Communicate balanced and accurate information on Nuvalent's FDA-approved products to healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement a territory business plan that addresses customer needs and meets sales goals
- Navigate complex healthcare organizational structures to promote and expand product usage
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree required, ideally in business, marketing, healthcare, or life sciences
- 9+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with at least 3 years in oncology/hematology or rare disease markets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel periodically for territory management, including occasional evenings and weekends for conferences
