      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement new audit concepts and procedures to enhance client satisfaction and audit quality
      - Collaborate with teams to create new tools and processes for improved audit productivity
      - Oversee quality control for audit claims and ensure compliance with expected standards
      - Prepare and manage responses to client disputes regarding claims validation
      - Train and mentor audit team members on executing various audit projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience in healthcare billing or claims
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to mentor and enhance the performance of audit staff
      - Prior experience in healthcare billing and knowledge of industry standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Datameer and SQL
      - Knowledge of Medicaid processes
      - Previous experience in healthcare analytics or reimbursement
