What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support negotiations, fact-finds, and audits related to pricing proposals
- Develop complex financial summaries and conduct in-depth analysis for informed decision-making
- Create and recommend pricing strategies for complex proposals and business opportunities
- Mentor other Pricing Analysts on pricing methodologies and best practices
- Independently analyze risks and merits of new pursuits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Previous experience in Finance/Accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct pricing for complex proposals ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with ProPricer software
- Previous mentoring experience in a financial context
