      Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Management Specialist to join our team full-time in the US.

      About the role:

      As a Senior Product Management Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project focused on building an Agentic AI health platform designed for risk stratification of chronic diseases through a value-based PMPM model to increase longevity, initially targeting lifestyle-driven pathways such as weight loss management and diabetes and supporting data analytics and population health risk stratification initiatives.

      Responsibilities:
      • Deploy, project manage, and drive engagement loops for mobile digital health applications using tools such as Customer.io, Intercom, and Mixpanel analytics to drive high DAU and MAU
      • Act as the primary product point of contact for clients and translate their vision into actionable product roadmaps
      • Represent product excellence at industry events and contribute to thought leadership
      • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring solutions meet both user needs and client business objectives
      • Lead a large-scale transformative engagement on the East Coast of the US within the Healthcare and Medicare domain
      • Direct the tactical execution of CX initiatives ensuring adherence to best-in-class product management standards
      • Support recruitment and onboarding of new local talent and provide day-to-day mentorship to Junior and Middle Product Managers
      • Track and report product performance metrics and project KPIs to ensure delivery stays on course
      • Refine and implement product discovery toolkits and delivery artifacts for the US team
      • Stay at the forefront of CX trends and AI applications to ensure innovative and competitive delivery

      Requirements:
      • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Lead Product Manager within a fast-paced environment
      • Strong consultancy background with experience delivering client-facing projects
      • Expert-level skills in product discovery, framing, and delivery with a portfolio of successful launches
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at VP and Director levels
      • Experience working across healthcare-related domains with the flexibility to pivot between industries
      • Practical experience integrating AI technologies into product features or workflows

      Desirable:
      • Experience managing a small portfolio of related products or workstreams
      • Active involvement in team growth including interviewing and mentoring
      • Deep familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and modern product management tools such as Jira or Productboard
      • Domain experience in Healthcare
