What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Capture
- Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements
- Act as the customer-facing leader, ensuring customer needs drive product direction
- Collaborate with leads across Development, Design, and Architecture for alignment on business goals
- Conduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years in product management or development with significant experience in media and entertainment
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging executive stakeholders and customers
- Ability to synthesize data and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Cloud Collaboration for film and TV production workflows and technology
- Experience managing projects in large organizations and working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Familiarity with web development on industry-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of statistical analytics platforms and concepts
- Strong grasp of competitors’ products, their strengths, weaknesses, and target markets
