What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement a world-class onboarding experience to enhance new hire productivity
- Develop and manage end-to-end people programs that ensure consistency in learning and development
- Create strategic communication plans to facilitate successful change management initiatives
- Utilize data to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate the return on investment of initiatives
- Build trust with stakeholders by translating vague leadership ideas into structured plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
- Proven track record of designing and scaling onboarding and learning programs for distributed or global workforces
- Advanced proficiency in project management fundamentals, including prioritization and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in organizational communications and change initiatives
- Experience using a data-informed approach to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

- Experience in e-commerce or technology-driven environments
- Familiarity with employee engagement metrics and strategies
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Background in organizational development or training
