      Senior Program Manager

      Help us build our data as an asset capability and gain exposure working across every Business and Support Group in Macquarie. Join a team with a vision to help the Macquarie Group realise value through trusted data, responsible for setting the enterprise-wide data strategy and owning the Enterprise Data Management, Regulatory Reporting and Records Management frameworks.

      What role will you play?

      You will be responsible for leading a multi-stream program of work that is delivering on automation, simplification, governance and operating model change. You will be liaising and coordinating with Senior stakeholders including COOs, Heads of Data, Group Data Officers, Business Analysts, Project data resources and the EDM team who support and carry out the delivery of our data management delivery and related projects.

      What you offer

      • Experience with highly visible business or transformational program delivery - elevating the right risks and communicating effectively to various stakeholder groups
      • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple project managers and streams at various stages of the project lifecycle
      • Experience with complex stakeholder management - developing and maintaining relationships across the entire multiple business units and groups acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
      • A willingness to get your hands dirty and support delivery outcomes alongside an enthusiasm for supporting business and operating model change
      • Exposure to data management and regulatory change programs is nice to have but isn’t required
