What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain complex schedule and cost baselines for construction projects
- Collect and analyze monthly schedule and cost data, identifying variances and assisting in root cause analysis
- Monitor project deliverables and actual expenditures versus forecasts, performing performance reporting
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff, mentoring them for future growth
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and federal/government regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of related experience; equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for developing and managing complex project schedules
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) for large projects
- Background in financial analysis, including variance, risk, and profit/loss analyses
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and finance/accounting concepts
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
