- Provides analyses and explanation of report outputs to contribute to the financial understanding of RCM functions.
- Participates in the strategy and vision for business intelligence and analytics, spanning thought the RCM organization, adhoc query and analysis and other BI solutions.
- Create and maintain revenue cycle management reports and dashboards for various business units.
- Develop metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance.
- Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup and governance to ensure data integrity.
- Proactively identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiencies.
- Support day-to-day operational needs/requests of the revenue cycle teams
- Analyzes reimbursement from all sources, including carrier reimbursement exception reporting and follow up pending claims analysis and denials management.
- Contribute to the department goals of meeting key productivity metrics,
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA is preferred.
- 5 + years revenue cycle management experience preferably in GI, Pathology, Anesthesia, Imaging and Infusion.
