      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize best practices and tools to ensure high service standards in all customer interactions
      - Monitor and assess quality of engagement and process compliance across various business lines
      - Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance with quality process requirements
      - Drive projects to identify and improve behaviors, processes, tools, and training for better outcomes
      - Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders to ensure accountability in quality programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
      - Proven track record of launching quality projects that enhance team productivity and customer outcomes
      - Strong ability to derive insights from data and ramp up quickly on business priorities
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders
      - Strong attention to detail and a knack for process improvement and documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
      - Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
