      DUTIES: Manage and provide build and production support for all P3 Salesforce-based applications. This role will be pivotal in contributing to P3's clinical applications strategy and growth of the organization. They will also work cross-functionally with end-users, managers, and the technology teams to ensure projects are in line with our business objectives and strategies. Provide new build and production support for all Salesforce applications. Build enhancements in the existing application based on user feedback. Work closely with the product managers. Manage and mentor junior and/or entry-level software developers. Ensure applications' stability and availability to the users. Work closely with the QAs to ensure the defects are addressed in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce features and functionalities. Assist with administration needs when needed, such as resolving support tickets, user and license management.

      REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's in computer science or closely related field and 24 Months of Experience as a Salesforce Developer, CRM Developer, or closely related occupation

      Special Skills/License/Certifications:

      • Salesforce Certified Developer
      • Salesforce Certified Administrator


      Hours: 40 hours a week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

      Salary: $137,093/Year
