What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop Lightning Web Component Open Source (LWC OSS) applications that communicate securely with the Salesforce platform
- Utilize Agile development methods to create custom applications for various internal and external systems
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers while taking ownership of key development initiatives
- Develop robust Apex and Javascript Jest test cases to ensure high code quality
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a software development role with Salesforce
- Extensive programmatic and declarative experience with Salesforce
- Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a healthcare payer industry
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Experience utilizing internationalization frameworks within LWC OSS
- Knowledge of deploying LWC OSS apps to Heroku with Express API Server
