What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications focused on Identity and Access Management solutions
- Implement and manage frameworks for authentication, authorization, and user management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions into applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM systems
- Mentor junior team members on software development best practices and source code management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or equivalent technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in developing large-scale distributed systems and building/consuming REST services
- Proficient in C#, VB.NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Blazor
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SQL Management Studio and writing SQL queries for data retrieval
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as OpenID Connect and OAuth2
- Familiarity with security principles like Zero Trust and Least Privilege
- Experience with token-based authentication and external identity providers like Okta or Microsoft Entra
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on staying updated with IAM trends
- 1-2 Azure Certifications
