What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take full ownership of complex features and projects, guiding them from initial concept through design, development, launch, and ongoing support
- Bring a customer-focused mindset to all development, ensuring iterative delivery of customer wins
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, ML, and Design teams to translate high-level requirements into robust, scalable features
- Mentor and guide other engineers on the team, fostering a culture of learning and development
- Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as the company scales globally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and shipping customer-focused products
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, Golang, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Experience designing and maintaining complex systems and application services
- Proficiency in estimating, communicating, and delivering project milestones with the team
- Ability to iterate on new products based on customer feedback
