What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish yourself as a technical expert in embedded networking products, supporting sales and program managers
- Proactively identify solutions and drive projects with minimal supervision
- Train, design, build, and productize solutions based on networking products for customers
- Identify customer architectures and product requirements related to AI networking
- Represent the group in technical discussions across organizations and with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar or related role
- Knowledge of networking protocols, including RoCE, Infiniband, and L1 to L4 protocols
- Strong proficiency in C and experience in high-performance networking and low-level programming
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of working with customers to develop strategic solutions
- Experience with Embedded, Networking, DPDK, NCCL, or DOCA development
- Hands-on experience in Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA), AI workloads, or performance tuning
- Demonstrated drive for innovation and self-learning, including leading projects from concept to delivery
