What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute territory business plans to optimize sales activities
- Create effective call plans targeting key prescribers and products
- Utilize approved promotional materials to support marketing messages during sales calls
- Manage sample accountability and execute administrative responsibilities, including weekly reports and expense tracking
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare issues and product offerings to engage effectively with healthcare professionals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is required
- B2B sales experience is required
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and build trust
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel overnight (15%)
