      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Manage detailed project schedules and documentation, ensuring effective change control processes
      - Identify project risks and present actionable solutions to mitigate them
      - Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance project delivery
      - Report on project progress and metrics to align with leadership and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 12 years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent roles
      - Deep expertise in Finance with a solid understanding of ERP applications
      - Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with business leaders across Technology and Finance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban
      - PMP or Scrum certification
      - Familiarity with various ERP solutions such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP
      - Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
      - Understanding of LEAN principles and practices
