What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create, maintain, and actively manage detailed project schedules and documentation
- Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
- Facilitate agreement among technical teams regarding solutions and manage design issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong program and project management skills with proven experience in coordinating projects across multiple teams
- Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
- Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
- Understanding of LEAN principles and practices
