What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a senior Salesforce architect in the design and delivery of solutions for CRM and ERP systems
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions in collaboration with team members
- Lead system enhancements and data integrations, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct technical reviews and contribute to the development of code quality standards
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert to both technical and non-technical peers, troubleshooting issues and leading knowledge sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years’ experience in enterprise applications, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern programming/scripting (e.g., Apex, Java, JavaScript), middleware data integrations, and APIs
- Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks and team-based software development methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business viewpoints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a similar cloud ERP system like NetSuite, Sage, SAP, or Oracle Cloud
- Prior exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, and system monitoring tools
- Salesforce Certification Admin (Advanced Admin preferred), Platform App Developer, and Platform Developer I (Platform Developer II preferred)
- Experience working with AI coding tools
- Ability to establish technical standards within a team or department
