      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization to incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs
      - Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines to ensure project success
      - Lead efforts in technical execution, cost management, and scheduling for advanced programs
      - Engage with modeling and simulation environments for design and analysis
      - Maintain knowledge of domestic and international threat systems and relevant technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10-14 years of experience in the aerospace or related field
      - Minimum of a BS degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or math; MS or PhD preferred
      - Experience leading and collaborating across various engineering and business disciplines
      - Must be a US citizen and possess or have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
      - Proficiency in RF, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, and various propulsion systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, and DoDAF
      - Prior experience working with customers in the aerospace industry
