  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for data center construction projects
  - Review engineering designs and project plans to ensure compliance with industry standards
  - Develop and recommend optimal construction techniques and installation methods
  - Participate in the bid process and resource allocation for data center projects
  - Coach and mentor project teams and provide guidance on best practices
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 10 to 15 years of experience in a Tier 2, 3, or 4 data center or mission-critical environment
  - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
  - Expertise in MEP systems and ability to interpret engineering designs
  - Strong background in data center components including electrical, mechanical, and network systems
  - Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with diverse teams
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in coaching and mentoring technical teams
  - Familiarity with construction safety regulations and environmental standards
  - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  - Advanced knowledge of data center infrastructure and best practices
  - Experience in working with project management software and tools
