What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, screen, and serve as a recruiting partner to various hiring teams throughout the full life cycle recruitment process
- Support networking and outreach efforts to promote the employer brand and build a strong talent pipeline
- Partner with engineering hiring teams to set recruiting strategy and achieve annual hiring goals
- Own the candidate experience from screening and selection to negotiation and offer closure
- Strategically manage a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates while maintaining their interest throughout the process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting, with a minimum of 6+ years in the engineering industry
- Experience hiring software engineers is required
- Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical talent
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders
- Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) software, preferably Greenhouse ATS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AV industry experience strongly preferred
- Global recruiting experience, particularly in Canada
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and challenge expectations
- Exceptional drive for results with the ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills that include proactively keeping others informed
