What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring cybersecurity engineers in relevant fields such as Engineering, Cryptography, and Security
- Thorough understanding of technology and technical roles
- Proven ability to lead a full-cycle recruitment process independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with cybersecurity consulting
- Experience with social media and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
