What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to drive traffic
- Execute effective link-building strategies and optimize on-page elements
- Monitor daily performance metrics to assess SEO strategy effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing team members to promote SEO best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related area
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and executing SEO campaigns
- An additional 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience may substitute for a degree
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Expert-level experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CMS platforms such as SiteCore and WordPress
- Familiarity with content management tools like ClickUp, Trello, WorkFront, or Basecamp
- Strong analytical skills to handle high volumes of data and competitive analysis
