      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct keyword research and identify high-value opportunities for paid and organic search
      - Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms
      - Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to enhance visibility and rankings
      - Design and execute SEO/SEM tests to uncover performance opportunities
      - Analyze search trends and provide insights to inform broader marketing strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5 years of experience in SEO/SEM roles, with expertise in both paid and organic search
      - Proven ability to manage and optimize Google Ads accounts
      - Hands-on experience with SEO keyword research and technical optimization
      - Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools
      - Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across Paid Media, Brand, and Analytics teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with SEO and SEM tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz
      - Experience with project management and campaign orchestration tools
      - Ability to translate complex results into digestible information for diverse audiences
