What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure
- Grow and maintain a pipeline of 3x quota target while meeting sales goals
- Build strong relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders through meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal preparation and smooth project handoff
- Utilize data-driven sales tools to enhance efficiency and sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling consulting services
- Proven ability to articulate the value of ServiceNow adoption and implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and proactive attitude
- Bachelor's degree required; ServiceNow certifications preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or Atlassian
- Background in client relationship management and lead generation
- Willingness to travel 25-50% as required
