What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Implement process improvements within the shared services team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care
- Manage team performance and provide guidance to staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Operations or process improvement experience required
- Home health or healthcare experience desirable
- Must have reliable internet and/or Wi-Fi sufficient to meet job demands
- Ability to work after hours as required
