      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects across various sectors
      - Develop comprehensive project plans and establish project schedules for timely delivery
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders
      - Manage the preparation and submission of environmental permitting documents
      - Mentor project staff and junior engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning (Master's degree preferred)
      - 10-13 years of experience in civil/site design, land use planning, or project management
      - Active Professional Engineer (PE) license or AICP certification
      - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD (or equivalent)
      - Strong understanding of environmental permitting processes and land use regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, or a related field
      - LEED or ENV SP certification or experience in sustainable design practices
      - Experience in stormwater management and erosion control design
      - Advanced knowledge of construction cost estimating and project budgeting
      - Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning
