  As we continue to evolve our brand, products and service offering to meet the needs of our customers, we looking for Dermal Therapists to join our team in MECCA Aesthetica. This stand-alone services space is focused on advanced skin treatments and a memorable MECCA customer experience. We have 20-30hr permanent part-time positions are available, working late nights and weekend shifts

  This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for experienced Dermal Therapists to not only do what they know and love – skin treatments and services - but also to contribute to the direction, culture, and performance of a totally new MECCA concept. If you are a qualified Dermal Therapist who is looking to take the next step in their career, then this role is for you!

  MECCA Aesthetica is located in Highpoint Shopping Centre (Maribyrnong, Victoria).

  THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY

  • Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for their personal skincare needs and expert advice on skin health

  • Building relationships with our clients

  • Use of medical grade equipment to provide advanced facials, including peels and LED.

  • Support with in-centre/practice training and promotional activities

  WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  Our ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of 12 months demonstrated experience as a dermal therapist within a clinical environment

  • Knowledge and experience in professional advanced skin treatments such as Microdermabrasion, Skin Peels, Laser Services, Skin Needling, LED and more.

  • A proven history of providing excellent customer service

  • Experience in providing high touch skin services

  • Passionate about exceptional customer experience and building rapport with clients

  • Well presented, confident and organised

  • Accustomed to performing in a fast-paced retail or clinic environment

  • Able to follow in-depth procedural guidelines

  • Deeply knowledgeable about everything ‘skin’ and confident and competent in skin diagnosis and treatment

  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor OR Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Health Science/Beauty Therapy
