An ideal candidate will be able to deliver on a predictable yet multifaceted schedule and utilize their background to make big things happen Apple seeks a highly skilled Program Manager with Process development and Product, Engineering background to lead programs for New Product Introduction (NPI) of Apple's state of the art SoC's. You will have key responsibilities that directly impact Apple’s product line success, working with our Process development teams, Product, Test and overseas engineering teams to ensure successful launch of New Products and Mass Production support of high volume SoC’s powering Apple’s outstanding mobile product lines. We will utilize your deep technical expertise, along with effective program / project management skills, to drive program schedules and resolve technical issues that enable timely quality silicon delivery to Apple products!

      Key Qualifications

      • Experience in SoC/VLSI Process Development and/or Product Engineering
      • Technical Program Management/ Engineering Management experience.
      • Prior experience delivering a high volume of sophisticated SoC’s.
      • Practical experience working on or collaborating with test engineering, product engineering, and quality and reliability teams.
      • In-depth knowledge of the Semiconductor Process, Automate Test Equipment systems, ATPG, DFT methodology, Structural and Functional test coverage and correlation with a focus on digital systems.
      • Prior experience working with Foundry / OSAT's.
      • Excellent debugging skills and ability to drive resolution of critical problems with tight deadlines.
      • Ability to understand and extract action plans from sophisticated technical discussions and translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting.
      • Experience working in a multifaceted multi-disciplined engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking, and real-time crisis management.
      • Dedication to own/drive project development using well-defined metrics.
      • Extraordinary leadership with dedication to collaboration.
      • Excellent communicator.
      • Experience in a fast paced schedule driven development.
      • Open to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

      Description

      - Lead tight collaboration between Process Development, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Silicon Validation, GSM and Systems teams during NPI to drive technical debugs, finalize SoC performance targets and screen requirements. - Interface and drive closure of critical silicon issues with multi-functional teams to enable successful SoC mass production ramp. - Focused progress tracking, organizing and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to executive management. - Drive simple and effective processes from “lessons learned” to avoid quality and execution issues early in development cycle.

      Education & Experience

      BS and 10+ years relevant proven experience.

      • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
