What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deploy AI tools utilizing large language models, machine learning models, and agentic architectures
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for AI automation, such as predictive forecasting and procurement
- Develop integrations with internal systems and build secure APIs with user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes for automation-focused solutions
- Monitor and optimize AI performance while ensuring data security and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js), including backend frameworks and data libraries
- Experience with LLM APIs, ML frameworks, and agentic tools
- Skills in building REST APIs and front-end interfaces, as well as ERP/CRM integrations
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Docker
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in software development, with exposure to AI/ML or automation projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with process mapping tools and familiarity with supply chain/finance AI automation or ML forecasting
- Strong academic background, with a Master’s degree preferred
