What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain user interface components and web applications using React.js
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, optimizing application performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Programming or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in Programming
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and related technologies
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot production issues
- Experience with RESTful web services and transactional databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid experience with Redux, Mobx Store Management, Typescript, and Jest Testing
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Docker, and Jenkins
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Exposure to regulated financial organizations
