      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications and test tools
      - Perform routine automation assignments with minimal supervision
      - Develop an understanding of assigned automation tools, standards, and business knowledge
      - Communicate directly with product owners and end users to ensure product quality
      - Monitor and ensure automated processes run as expected and are remediated as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in an IT or technical-related field or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if no degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of software test automation experience, including object-oriented development and SQL
      - Experience with software quality assurance procedures and processes
      - Familiarity with relational database design and writing queries with MySQL or Microsoft SQL
      - Experience with Selenium WebDriver or working with Web Services and APIs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with development and consumption of web services
      - Knowledge of XSLT, XML, JSON, and HTTP
      - Familiarity with software design patterns
      - Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics CRM, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, SQL
