What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, test, and deploy software continuously, with daily or more frequent releases
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, participating in product and design reviews
- Create and contribute to technical specifications and testing/rollout plans
- Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure the right problems are being solved
- Mentor and sponsor teammates to support their professional growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a software engineer
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and independently find solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background or specialty in accounting, fintech, or related fields
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Vue.js
- Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, AWS CodeDeploy, or Honeycomb
