What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve annual sales goals and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Develop strategic market/business plans and lead efforts in marketing and sales initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships for prime and subcontractor opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and innovations to enhance competitive positioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- At least 10 years of relevant sales experience, with 5+ years in the solid waste industry preferred
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong business acumen and established reputation in the marketplace
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Experience selling air compliance, emissions reduction, PFAS, renewable natural gas, or wastewater solutions
- Leadership experience in building and mentoring collaborative teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
