      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support and guidance to instructors to enhance instructional design and assessment strategies
      - Facilitate onboarding for new adjuncts, emphasizing online teaching and academic policies
      - Conduct training sessions to introduce new instructors to academic procedures and pedagogical expectations
      - Maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes for accreditation requirements
      - Collaborate with the Senior Director to align training materials with institutional learning outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree required; doctorate preferred in teaching and learning or a similar field
      - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in online asynchronous facilitation
      - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in employee assessments and implementing evaluations
      - Experience in faculty mentoring, professional development, and coaching
      - Demonstrated mastery of online teaching methodologies and adult learning theory

      - Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools
