What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate and timely responses to healthcare professionals and patients
- Address Medical Information requests from various programs using approved response documents
- Document and process Medical Information requests in accordance with company and client procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide scientific support as needed
- Perform quality control of Medical Information reports to ensure compliance with project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional education or University degree in Life Science
- 2-3 years of experience in Medical Information
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of compliance investigations and metrics reporting
- Familiarity with adverse event reporting processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
- Previous experience collaborating with regulatory and medical affairs teams
