What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and diagnose complex product malfunctions in critical care settings
- Serve as a primary point of contact for healthcare professionals and global affiliates
- Advise stakeholders on product specifications and assist with setup of interfacing platforms
- Document call intake information accurately in the JDE Enterprise Resource System
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide service support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of experience in a hospital or medical setting, such as RN or anesthesia technician
- Bedside experience with Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) products
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Good knowledge of the medical device industry
- Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak)
