  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Collaborate with Sourcing Pursuit Leads to develop innovative third-party solutions and competitive pricing strategies
  - Execute advanced sourcing projects during client transition phases, ensuring seamless operational delivery
  - Conduct detailed market intelligence gathering to inform sourcing strategies and competitive positioning
  - Manage Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
  - Collect and analyze complex data sets to support sourcing decisions and strategic recommendations
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
  - 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
  - Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate critical deliverables
  - Experience developing comprehensive contract frameworks with strong attention to detail
  - Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
