What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social media channels using their unique brand voice
- Write engaging content to stimulate conversations and enhance community engagement
- Ensure online communities adhere to safety and respect guidelines set by clients
- Report issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary
- Immerse yourself in clients’ brands by understanding their strategies, tones, and audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High-level proficiency in English AND French with strong cultural awareness
- Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in both languages
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Professional experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities
- Experience writing for brands and adapting tone for different audiences
- Background or interest in content related to technology, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
