      The A/B Testing / Front-end Developer is supporting our Optimization and Personalization program for AnnTaylor.com and LOFT.com websites.

      The ideal candidate is an experienced professional primarily responsible for using Adobe Target and Analytics to design, build, and run experiments and personalized experiences across our brands. You will be responsible for helping to deliver and improve the customer experience across our digital channels.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties:

      • Design and code Adobe Target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the client's journey
      • Deliver against the website optimization and personalized experience strategies across the website and other touch points
      • Collaborate with product manager and UX design to build new UI and functionality
      • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues
      • Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences
      • Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy
      • Integrate with existing eCommerce APIs to drive new customer experiences
      • Manage tag manager implementation of personalization, ensuring efficient and robust website integration
      • Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence
      • Develop JavaScript, CSS, and HTML front end web application components

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or comparable education
      • 4+ years of front-end website development experience
      • Working experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Handlebars.js, JavaScript Frameworks.
      • Knowledge with A/B testing and site personalization technologies, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform
      • Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities
      • Self-motivated, responsive, professional with problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
      • Solid organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
      • Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively

      The target salary for this role is: $90,000 - $100,000
      Actual compensation within that range is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and other job-related factors.
